This causes several other changes :
- Test::Leaner is now bundled.
- t/80-threads.t and t/81-threads-teardown.t were ported to the new
  VPIT::TestHelpers interface. They also use Test::Leaner instead of
  Test::More.
- Lexical::Types::TestThreads has been removed.
